What You'll Need

1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 cans (15.7 ounces each) Campbell’s® Pork and Beans
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1 cup long grain white rice, cooked according to package directions (about 3 cups)

How to Make It

    Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the onion and cook until it's tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard and ham in the skillet and heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve the bean mixture over the rice.
