What You'll Need

1/3 cup Smuckers® sugar free apricot preserves
1 cup sugar free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup non fat milk
1/8 teaspoon almond extract

How to Make It

  • 1

    Place the preserves, ice cream, pineapple, milk and almond extract into a blender.  Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.
