What You'll Need

2 Pepperidge Farm® Deli Flats® Soft 100% Whole Wheat Thin Rolls or Pepperidge Farm® Deli Flats® 7 Grain Thin Rolls
2 teaspoons basil pesto
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
2 slices roasted turkey breasts or deli turkey breast (about 2 ounces)
2 tomatoes
6 leaves baby arugula

How to Make It

    Split each roll into 2 layers.

  • 2

    Spread half the pesto and half the mayonnaise on each bottom layer. Divide the turkey, tomato and arugula evenly between the bottom layers. Top with the top layers.
