What You'll Need

1 pound sweet Italian pork sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each ) Campbell’s® Golden Pork Gravy
2 2/3 cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

  • 1

    Cook the sausage in a 12-inch skillet until well browned, stirring often.  Stir in the pepper, onion and oregano and cook until the vegetables are tender.

    Stir the gravy in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 5 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through.

    Add the pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.  Sprinkle with the cheese.
