What You'll Need

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 fresh salmon fillets or steaks, about 1-inch thick (about 1 3/4 pounds)
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa

How to Make It

  • 1

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish and cook for 5 minutes or until browned on the bottom.  Turn the fish over and cook until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing often with the salsa.

  • 2

Add the remaining salsa to the skillet and cook until hot and bubbling.
