What You'll Need

1 tablespoon butter
3 ounces mushrooms, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell’s® Slow Roast Beef Gravy
6 ounces sliced lean deli style roast beef
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse™ Hearty White Bread

How to Make It

  • 1

    Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.  Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the gravy and beef in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

  • 3

    Divide the bread slices between 2 plates.  Spoon the beef mixture over the bread slices.
