What You'll Need

8 teaspoons roasted garlic-flavored hummus
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
1/2 cup drained roasted red pepper cut into strips
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Coarsely ground black pepper

How to Make It

  • 1

    Spread 2 teaspoons hummus on each bread slice.  Divide the peppers, basil and cheese among the bread slices.  Season with the vinegar and black pepper.
