What You'll Need

1/4 cup hummus
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Small Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread
24 leaves baby spinach
2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
12 pitted ripe olives, sliced
4 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 dash ground black pepper
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

How to Make It

  • 1

    Spread 1 tablespoon hummus on each bread slice.  Divide the spinach, cucumber, olives and tomatoes among the bread slices.  Season with the black pepper.  Drizzle with the vinegar.
