What You'll Need

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbells® Condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
1/3 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives

How to Make It

    Shape beef firmly into 6 patties, 1/2-inch thick.

    In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook the patties in 2 batches until they're well browned on both sides. Set the patties aside. Pour off any fat.

    Stir the soup and salsa in the skillet. Heat to a boil. Return the patties to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.

    Cut the patties in half and place 2 halves, side by side, in each tortilla and roll them up. Top with sour cream and sliced black olives, if desired.
