What You'll Need

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
3 1/3 cups water
1 1/4 uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

How to Make It

    Stir the soup, water, rice, almonds and thyme in a 2-quart casserole. Cover the dish.

    Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir the mixture. (Risotto will absorb liquid as it stands.) Let stand for 5 minutes.
