What You'll Need

2 pounds ground beef, pork and veal mixture
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
4 (about 1 ounce each) string cheese (mozzarella sticks), each cut in half

How to Make It

    Thoroughly mix the meat mixture, bread crumbs and 2/3 cup picante sauce in a large bowl. Divide the mixture evenly into 8 portions. Shape each portion around 1 cheese piece forming a loaf and covering the cheese completely. Place the loaves in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes.

    Heat the remaining picante sauce in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat and serve with the meatloaves.
