What You'll Need

1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Seasoned Croutons (or your favorite variety)
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Cheddar (or your favorite variety)

How to Make It

  • 1

Place the croutons in a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and crush the croutons with a rolling pin until crumbs form.

  • 2

Thoroughly mix the ground beef, crouton crumbs, egg and milk in a large bowl. Divide the beef mixture evenly into 6 portions. Shape each portion into a small loaf. Place the loaves on a rimmed baking sheet.

  • 3

Press the Goldfish® crackers onto the surface of the loaves.

  • 4

Bake the loaves at 375°F. for 30 minutes or until they're cooked through.
