What You'll Need

4 sprigs fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup V8® Sea Salt & Clam Vegetable Juice, chilled
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash ground chipotle chile powder
1 bottle (12 fluid ounces) Mexican beer, chilled

How to Make It

  • 1

    Place the cilantro, if desired, into the bottom of a tall, sturdy glass.  Press down and twist with a wooden muddler or spoon to gently crush the cilantro leaves.

    Stir in the vegetable juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and chile powder.  Stir in the beer.
