What You'll Need

3 boneless pork tenderloins (about 8 ounces each )
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa

How to Make It

    Rub the pork with the cumin. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until it's well browned on all sides.

    Add the salsa verde and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and let it stand for 5 minutes. Slice the pork and serve with the verde sauce.
