What You'll Need

4 large potatoes (about 2 pounds), peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
to taste Salt
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
4 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup sour cream

How to Make It

    Place the potatoes in a 4-quart saucepan and cover with water. Add salt, if desired. Heat to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes and mash with the milk and butter and season to taste.

    Heat the gravy and mushrooms in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the sour cream. Serve the gravy mixture over the potatoes.
