What You'll Need

2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)

How to Make It

    Stir the Italian sauce, vinegar and mustard in a shallow nonmetallic dish. Add the steak, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

    Broil the steak 4 inches from the heat until desired doneness, turning once and brushing often with the marinade.

    Slice the steak thinly. Heat the remaining marinade in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil and serve with the steak.
