What You'll Need

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds chicken parts
1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Chunky Garden Combination Italian Sauce
2 cups frozen California vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
8 ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) spaghetti, cooked and drained

How to Make It

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Pour off any fat.

    Stir the Italian sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add the vegetables. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve the chicken mixture with the spaghetti.
