What You'll Need

1 cup honey
1/2 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 unglazed fully-cooked boneless ham (about 8 pounds)

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 325°F.  Stir the honey, broth, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves in a small bowl.

    Place the ham into a roasting pan.  Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the ham is hot, basting often with the honey mixture during the last 45 minutes of the bake time.

Easy Substitutions

  • Serving Suggestion: You can use a small, sharp knife or a citrus zester to remove long strips of zest from an orange to sprinkle over the finished ham before serving.
