What You'll Need

5 1/4 cups Swanson® Vegetable Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups zucchini cut in half lengthwise and sliced (about 2 medium)
1 package (about 10 ounces) frozen cut green beans (about 2 cups)
3 medium carrots, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 stalks celery, sliced (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice

How to Make It

  • 1

    Stir the broth, basil, cabbage, zucchini, green beans, carrots and celery in a 4-quart saucepan. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir the rice in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is done.
