What You'll Need

1 boneless beef sirloin steak (about 1 pound), grilled to desired doneness
8 cups mixed salad greens torn into bite-sized pieces
1 medium red onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 large green pepper or red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Zesty Italian Croutons

How to Make It

    Cut the beef into thin strips.

  • 2

    Place the greens onto a serving platter.  Arrange the beef, onion, pepper and croutons over the greens.  Serve with Italian salad dressing, if desired.

  • Tip: Marinate the beef in prepared Italian salad dressing for 1 hour before grilling.
  • Tip: You can substitute 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound), grilled, for the beef.
