Campbell's Grilled Filet Mignon Recipe

It's easy to impress your guests with this simple grilled filet.  The cut of meat is so fine, all you need is a garnish of grilled red and yellow pepper strips to enhance the presentation.

What You'll Need

4 (8 ounces each) beef  filet mignons, about 3/4-inch thick
Olive oil
Ground black pepper
1 red pepper, grilled, seeded and thinly sliced
1 yellow pepper, grilled, seeded and thinly sliced

How to Make It

  • 1

    Brush the beef with the oil.  Season with the black pepper.

    Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium.  Grill the beef for 10 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness, turning the beef over once halfway through grilling.  Remove the beef from the grill and let stand for 5 minutes.  Garnish the beef with the peppers.
