What You'll Need

1 package (about 14 ounces) refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts), at room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups sliced green tomatoes
1 tablespoon butter

How to Make It

    Unroll 1 pie crust and place into a 9-inch pie plate.

    Stir the sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Add the tomatoes and stir to coat. Spoon the tomato mixture into the pastry lined pie plate and dot with butter. Cover with the second crust, crimping the edges of the crust to seal. Cut three or four slits in the top crust. Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
