What You'll Need

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup taco sauce
1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
3/4 cup milk
1 bag (about 7 1/2 ounces) nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)
Sour cream

How to Make It

  • 1

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat.

  • 2

Stir the taco sauce, chiles, soup and milk in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.  Spoon the beef mixture into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.  Top with the tortilla chips.  Sprinkle with the cheese.

  • 3

Bake at 375°F. for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.  Serve with the sour cream.
