What You'll Need

12 chicken wings (about 2 pounds)
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 400°F.

    Cut off the chicken wing ends and discard. Cut the chicken wings in half at the joint. Place the chicken into an 11x8x2-inch baking dish. Pour 1 cup salsa over the chicken.

    Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing often with the liquid in the dish during the last 30 minutes of baking.

    Add the remaining salsa to the dish and toss to coat.
