What You'll Need

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 pound fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) cooked thin spaghetti, cooked without salt and drained

How to Make It

    Heat the cornstarch, broth, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and red pepper in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.

    Add the shrimp to the saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.  Add the spaghetti and toss to coat.
