What You'll Need

4 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 6 cups)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup milk
1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell's® Slow Roast Beef Gravy

How to Make It

  • 1

Place the potatoes into a 3-quart saucepan and add water to cover.  Heat over medium-high heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to medium.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes well in a colander.

  • 2

Heat the butter in the saucepan.  Add the garlic and cook and stir until lightly browned.  Return the potatoes to the saucepan.  Remove the saucepan from the heat.  Mash the potatoes with the garlic mixture and milk.

  • 3

Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.  Serve the gravy with the potatoes.
