What You'll Need

Vegetable cooking spray
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chopped pecans

How to Make It

    Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with the cooking spray.

    Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer just until it's smooth. Beat in the melted chips and vanilla. Stir in the nuts using a wooden spoon.

    Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 64 (1-inch) squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
