What You'll Need

1 can (11 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Bisque Soup
1 1/3 cups milk
1 cup cooked peeled deveined small shrimp
3 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 dash dried basil leaves, crushed (optional)
1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
1 dash onion salt (optional)
1 pinch Parmesan cheese (optional)

How to Make It

    Heat the soup and milk in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and spinach and cook just until the spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Season with basil, cayenne pepper and onion salt, if desired. Sprinkle with the cheese before serving, if desired.
