What You'll Need

1 pound ground beef
2 medium green or red peppers, sliced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 Mission® garden spinach wraps

How to Make It

  • 1

    Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat.

    Stir the peppers, ginger, garlic powder and crushed red pepper in the skillet.  Reduce the heat to medium.  Cook until the peppers are tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.  Stir the peanut butter mixture in the skillet and cook until the mixture hot and bubbling.

  • 4

    Divide the beef mixture among the wraps.  Fold the wraps around the filling.
