What You'll Need

2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly black pepper
8 cups mixed salad greens torn in bite-size pieces
2 cups yellow Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes (about 8 ounces)
1 cup sliced pepperoni (about 3 ounces)
1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Seasoned Croutons

How to Make It

    Stir the oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper in a small bowl.

    Toss the salad greens, cheese, pepperoni, croutons and mustard mixture in a large bowl until evenly coated.
