What You'll Need

1 pound ground beef
3 cups V8® 100% Vegetable Juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large green or red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
8 ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) spaghetti, cooked without salt and drained (about 4 cups)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

  • 1

    Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

    Stir the vegetable juice, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, green pepper and onion in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 25 minutes. Serve the vegetable juice mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with the cheese.
