What You'll Need

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Chicken Rice Soup
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup chopped boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 small tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
2 wedges limes

How to Make It

  • 1

    Stir the soup, water, chicken, onion and tomato in a medium microwavable bowl.  Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until hot.

    Sprinkle each serving with half the cilantro.  Serve with the lime wedges.

  • Alternate Preparation: To prepare on the stovetop, heat the soup, water, chicken, onion and tomato in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.  Serve as directed above.
