What You'll Need

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Healthy Request® Chicken with Rice Soup
1 soup can water
3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 small tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Sliced avocado
lime wedges

How to Make It

  • 1

    Stir the soup, water, chicken, onion and tomato in a medium microwavable bowl.  Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until hot.

    Sprinkle each serving with half the cilantro.  Top with the avocado, if desired.  Serve with the lime wedges.
