What You'll Need

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 breast halves)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Chicken Gravy
4 cups hot cooked white rice

How to Make It

    Coat the chicken with the flour.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until well browned on both sides and cooked through.  Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.

    Stir the gravy in the skillet and cook until hot and bubbling, stirring often.  Serve the gravy with the chicken and rice.

  • Cooking for a Crowd: To make 6 servings, use 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds), 3 tablespoons flour and a 14 1/2-ounce can Campbell's® Chicken Gravy.  Serve with 6 cups rice.
