1 can (18.8 ounces) Campbell’s® Chunky™ Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup
1 cup cooked broccoli florets
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups hot cooked white rice
2 tablespoons  shredded Cheddar cheese

How to Make It

    Heat the soup, broccoli, cornstarch and black pepper in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, until the soup mixture boils and thickens, stirring often. Serve the soup mixture over the rice and top with shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired.
