What You'll Need

2 tablespoons butter
1 boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 pound), cut into very thin strips
6 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 2 cups)
6 medium green onions, sliced (about 3/4 cup)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Beef Gravy
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup sour cream
4 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained

How to Make It

  • 1

    Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the beef in 2 batches and cook until it's browned, stirring often. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

    Heat the remaining butter in the skillet. Add the mushrooms and green onions and cook until they're tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the gravy and black pepper in the skillet and cook until the gravy mixture is hot and bubbling. Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the sour cream. Return the beef to the skillet and heat through. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles.
