Here's a great way to add flavor to instant rice.  By adding a few pantry ingredients and a little Parmesan cheese, you get a creamy, risotto-style rice in just 20 minutes.

What You'll Need

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 dash freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It

    Heat the soup and broth in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

    Stir the rice and cheese in the saucepan.  Cover the saucepan and remove from the heat.  Let stand for 5 minutes.  Serve with the black pepper and additional Parmesan cheese.
