What You'll Need

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained
2 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Seasoned Croutons

How to Make It

  • 1

    Stir the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and black pepper in a large bowl.  Add the pasta, broccoli and pepperoni and toss to coat.  Add 1 cup croutons and toss to coat just before serving.  Top with the remaining croutons.
