What You'll Need

1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked without salt and drained
1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1 small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3/4 cup prepared fat free Italian salad dressing

How to Make It

  • 1

    Place the elbows, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion and parsley into a large bowl.  Add the dressing and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Easy Substitution: You can substitute 1/3 of a 1-pound package rotini pasta (about 2 1/4 cups) for the elbows.
