What You'll Need

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
2 cups cubed cooked beef
2 cups instant white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 4 cups)

How to Make It

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.  Add the onion, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the gravy and beef in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.  Serve with the rice.
