What You'll Need

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 breast halves)
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Peach Mango Salsa

How to Make It

    Season the chicken with the cumin.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.

    Pour 1 cup salsa over the chicken.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked though.  Serve with the remaining salsa.
