What You'll Need

1 cup fresh broccoli
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup green bell pepper strips
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into very thin strips
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 cups hot cooked white rice

How to Make It

    Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute.  Add the vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.  Remove the vegetables from the skillet. Remove the skillet from the heat.

    Spray the skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute.  Add the chicken and stir-fry until well browned.  Remove the chicken from the skillet.

    Stir the soup, water and soy sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Return the vegetables and chicken to the skillet.  Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.  Serve the chicken mixture over the rice.
