What You'll Need

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 medium russet potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick (about 4 cups)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

How to Make It

    Stir the soup, paprika and pepper in a small bowl. Place the potatoes in overlapping rows in a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Spoon the soup mixture over the cheese. Cover the dish.

    Bake at 400°F. for 45 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
