What You'll Need

2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 medium red pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cup cubed American pasteurized process cheese product (about 4 ounces)

How to Make It

    Heat the broth and garlic powder in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    Stir 2/3 cup onions, broccoli, pepper and cheese in the saucepan. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the rice is tender. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
