What You'll Need

Vegetable cooking spray
1 package (30 ounces) frozen country style hash-brown potatoes (shredded potatoes)
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 fully-cooked ham steak (about 8 ounces), diced
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Garlic & Lime Verde Restaurant Style Salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
Chopped fresh cilantro leaves

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 400°F.  Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with the cooking spray.

    Layer 4 cups potatoes, onion, ham, salsa and cheese in the baking dish. Top with the remaining potatoes. Spray with the cooking spray.

    Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with the cilantro.
