What You'll Need

4 teaspoons smooth (creamy) peanut butter
of a 21-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® 100% Whole Wheat Bagels (1 bagel), split and toasted
1 banana, sliced
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 dash ground cinnamon

How to Make It

  • 1

    Heat the broiler.  Spread the peanut butter on the bagel halves.  Top with the banana.

    Stir the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the banana.  Place the bagel halves onto a baking sheet.

    Broil 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the sugar is caramelized.
