What You'll Need

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Beef Broth
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 pound broccoli florets, cooked, drained and coarsely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
Salt and ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley or fresh dill weed

How to Make It

    Heat the broth, soup, milk, wine, Worcestershire, garlic powder and broccoli in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook until the broccoli is tender.

    Add the cheese to the saucepan and stir until the cheese is melted.  Season the mixture with the salt and black pepper.  Sprinkle with the parsley, if desired.
