What You'll Need

4 pounds beef short ribs, cut into serving-sized pieces
2 2/3 cups Prego® Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce
1 cup dry red wine
1 bag fresh or frozen baby carrots
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
8 cups Hot cooked white rice

How to Make It

    Season the ribs as desired.

    Stir the sauce, wine, carrots and onion in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Add the ribs and turn to coat.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours* or until the ribs are fork-tender. Serve with the rice.
