What You'll Need

3 1/2 cups Swanson® Beef Broth or Swanson® 50% Less Sodium Beef Broth
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium carrot, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice

How to Make It

    Stir the broth, celery and carrot in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is done.
