What You'll Need

3 packages (3 ounces each ) beef flavor ramen noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 ounces snow peas, diagonally cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)
2 jars (12 ounces each ) Campbell’s® Slow Roast Beef Gravy
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 cups cooked beef strips or cubed cooked beef

How to Make It

  • 1

    Prepare the ramen noodles according to the package directions. (Reserve the seasoning packets for another use.) Drain off most of the liquid.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the snow peas and pepper and cook until they're tender-crisp.

  • 3

    Stir the gravy, honey, soy, ginger, beef and noodles in the skillet and heat through, stirring occasionally.
