What You'll Need

6 small red potatoes
3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 onion, cut in quarters
2 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast (about 1 roast)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
2/3 cup water

How to Make It

  • 1

    Place the potatoes, carrots and onion into a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.  Top with the beef.  Stir the soups and water in a medium bowl.  Pour the soup mixture over the beef.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 11 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
